These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Nutri Physician website (nutriphysician.in) and the dietary consultation services we provide. By booking a consultation, enrolling in a plan or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
01Who we are
Nutri Physician is a dietitian-led nutrition therapy practice based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We provide online dietary consultations and personalised meal plans. Our services are delivered virtually unless agreed otherwise in writing.
02Nature of our service
We provide dietary and nutrition therapy services only. We are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency care.
- We do not prescribe medication. We do not change, increase, decrease or stop any medication. Only your treating doctor can adjust your medication.
- We do not sell, market or recommend any supplements, herbal products, "wellness" capsules, detox products or weight-loss products.
- We do not perform medical diagnostic procedures. We may recommend specific lab tests and review your reports.
- If you are diagnosed with a serious medical condition, you must continue to follow your treating doctor's instructions. We work alongside your medical team, never against them.
03Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age. Minors may be enrolled only under an adult guardian's responsibility, with explicit consent.
- Provide accurate health, lifestyle and medical information through our Health Declaration Form and ongoing communication.
- Not be in an acute medical emergency. Our service is for chronic, lifestyle-related conditions — not emergencies.
04Plans & pricing
- Our standard plans are 12 weeks in duration. Plan inclusions and prices are listed on our website and may be updated from time to time.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Discounts, referral bonuses and promotional pricing are subject to specific terms and timelines.
- Plan fees are due upfront unless we have agreed to a written payment plan with you.
05Your responsibilities
- Provide truthful, complete and updated information about your health, lifestyle, medication and lab reports.
- Promptly inform us of any changes to your health, medication or pregnancy status.
- Continue to consult your physician for any medical concerns. Never stop or reduce medication on your own based on our recommendations.
- Follow the dietary plan reasonably and engage in good faith with weekly check-ins.
- Treat our team with respect during all interactions.
06Pause days
Our 12-week plans include up to 28 pause days. Pauses are subject to:
- A minimum of 7 consecutive days per pause request (anything less has no meaningful effect on the plan).
- Maximum total of 28 days within the 12-week subscription window.
- At least 48 hours' written notice before the pause begins.
- Unused pause days do not roll over and are not refundable.
07Lifetime free consultations
After completing a 12-week plan, clients are entitled to lifetime free follow-up consultations for themselves and (when explicitly added) immediate family. These are subject to:
- Reasonable use — not designed to replace a full new plan if a major new condition arises.
- Scheduling availability with our team.
- Continued good standing with our Terms (e.g., no chargebacks, abusive conduct or breach of agreement).
08Refunds
Our refund policy is set out separately in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
09Intellectual property
All meal plans, cookbooks, grocery lists, recipes, written content, illustrations and tools we share with you remain the intellectual property of Nutri Physician. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own household. You may not:
- Resell, sublicense or distribute the material in any form.
- Share login credentials or members-only pages (such as our Cookbook) with non-members.
- Use our content to train AI/ML models.
- Reproduce our brand name, logo or recipes in a commercial context without written permission.
10Privacy
Our handling of your personal and health data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees about specific health outcomes — every body is different.
- We are not liable for outcomes arising from (a) inaccurate or incomplete information you provided, (b) failure to follow your physician's medical advice, (c) stopping or modifying medication without medical supervision, or (d) circumstances outside our reasonable control.
- Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific plan that gave rise to the claim.
12Termination
We may terminate your subscription, with reasonable notice and a fair refund where applicable, if you:
- Materially breach these Terms.
- Provide false health information that puts your safety at risk.
- Engage in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards our team.
- Repeatedly miss or refuse to engage with the consultation process.
13Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before litigation.
14Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, technology or applicable law. The "Last updated" date will always reflect the latest version. For material changes, we will notify active clients by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
