You ate fructose, refined carbs and skipped meals for years. Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is purely diet- and insulin-driven. Alcohol is an entirely separate cause.
Most clients see one full grade drop (e.g., Grade 2 → Grade 1) by Week 12. Full reversal to Grade 0 typically by Week 16–24, depending on starting severity.
No alcohol for the 12-week active phase. After Week 12, social drinking can be reintroduced in measured amounts. Not before.
